Paris Proposal Photographer

You've found your soulmate and want to write the new chapter

The City of Love Is Calling You

How it works

You have two options:

First, you can incorporate the proposal into a classic Paris engagement photoshoot.

This option is ideal if you want beautiful photos with your girlfriend in a relaxed atmosphere, both of you being all dress up and ready for the photo session. Before the shoot, we’ll make a plan, discuss the best moment to propose and have our secret code in order to communicate easily at the appropriate time.

Second, you can choose the paparazzi-style proposal, which is a bit more adventurous, as there are more things outside our control, but that’s all part of the charm.

Long before the shoot, we’ll choose the best locations and timing together. I’ll send you a map, and on the day itself I’ll arrive earlier, let you know, observe from a distance, and capture the proposal before meeting you. Then we’ll enjoy Paris together and take more engagement photos in Paris.

Something more private

You may want to choose a more private setting such as a secluded rooftop, and have amazing flowers and decors. For this option, I recommend getting in touch with a proposal planner in Paris, as you would benefit from their experience and creative solutions. Please let me know if you’d like – I can help with contacts.

Where

Paris offers many awesome locations for your surprise proposal photoshoot. They often take place at iconic locations, such as Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, the Tuilerie garden or the Luxembourg garden, but it can also happen at a place of your choice, or based on our recommendations. Palais Royal, Montmartre for exemple.

Let’s talk about it.

Few tips

  • Subtly suggest that she chooses a simple harstyle, sauc as a bun or ponytail, so her hair does not cover her face, and her reaction can be captured clearly.
  • Position yourself so your fiancée is shown from her best angle (if she has one?).
  • Remove any items from your trouser pockets (phone, wallet, etc.), as they tend to look distracting in photos.
  • Present the ring box open toward her and here you go! show time!
  • Slowly slide the ring onto her finger and savor the moment — there’s no need to rush.

Two more tips

  • If you choose a paparazzi-style proposal, consider booking an engagement shoot the next day. This gives your newly newly engaged fiancée time to recover from the emotions and allows you both to enjoy another special moment in Paris with great photos to keep and share.
  • Booking an assistant for the photo session is a great idea. He or she can look after your belongings so you can focus on connecting and having fun with your partner. They can also capture a few behind-the-scenes videos, adding some extra memories.
